Bowthorpe House are proud to be registered with the Government Scheme Help To Buy Scheme<\/a> (HTB).<\/p>\n

What is it? \u2013 This is shared equity scheme which assists you in purchasing your new home with a lower deposit, minimum 5% of the purchase price and a 20% equity loan from the Government.<\/p>\n

With a Help to Buy: Equity Loan the Government lends you up to 20% of the cost of your newly built home, so you\u2019ll only need a 5% cash deposit and a 75% mortgage to make up the rest.<\/p>\n

All our homes are available with HTB if you meet your mortgage lending criteria.\u00a0 We are\u00a0very familiar with the stringent process and can assist and guide you through.<\/p>\n
