<\/a><\/a>We are pleased to report we have had a lot of interest since releasing three of the five units to the market a couple of weeks ago. We have received some great feedback on the site, property designs and attention to detail. This is great to hear as we have spent many hours scrutinising the designs, layouts and finishes to present what we believe are leaders in their class. <\/a>Plot 3 – 1st lift, wall insulation and lintels<\/figcaption><\/figure><\/li><\/ul><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n Now that the ground floor walls are in place, it really shows off the room proportions and the flow throughout the houses. The vaulted ceilings with velux style windows to the sun room in plots 3 & 4 will really look stunning and allow huge amounts of natural light to flood in. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
Last month we reported the current difficulties of obtaining sufficient materials, we are pleased however to confirm so far they have been procured and delivered to suit the labour on site. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
Also in the last week, we have received full postal addresses from Royal Mail. The new access road to Bellamy Farm will be called Hopkinson Close, in honour of Lance Corporal David Hopkinson a former resident of the village. Lance Corporal Hopkinson served with the Sherwood Foresters (Notts and Derby Regiment) and died at the Somme aged 26 on 1st July 1916. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
