Bowthorpe House currently employs two Directors.
They have built up a wealth up of experience over many years in all areas of property development and take equal responsibility for the running of the business.
Rick started his career in the Construction Industry after graduating with BSc (Hons) Building Management & Design. His career diversified and has gained a wealth of experience in Development and Management having had senior and operational management roles in Construction, Mail Service, Leisure Retail and Financial Services.
By bringing all of his previously acquired talents and experience to Bowthorpe House, Rick will manage all operational matters from initial feasibility to selling the completed units. Rick will also be an active presence on site during construction, managing cost, quality and programme.
Since graduating from the University of Lincoln with BA (Hons) Accountancy and Finance, Chris has worked as an accountant in both practice and latterly industry. Over the past 3 years Chris has gained invaulable knowledge in key subjects, most importantly, development finance and project cost management.
Chris has experience and will handle all areas of finance for the business. Everything from Bookkeeping to arranging multi million pound development loans. He will be an active presence on site, working in conjunction with Rick, Quantity Surveyors, and Lenders, ensuring all parties are kept up to date with site progress.
