Bowthorpe House are delighted to confirm that the final two plots on The Meadows development in North Scarle are now sold STC. Over the coming weeks the new home owners will be choosing their bespoke floor coverings, and individual house details which will all be installed before completion.

All efforts are being made to ensure completion of the properties takes place before the end of the stamp duty holiday, providing maximum benefit to the new owners.
