Following on from our last update, on 4th May 2021 the initial site strip began and has now been completed.

We’re progressing the programme with our main contractor. Over the last couple of weeks the site has been set-out with the roads and plot foundations excavated. This revealed favourable ground conditions as confirmed during a building control inspection and has allowed us to accelerate all excavation ahead of entire foundation pouring across the whole site simultaneously.

On site today, we’ve had a relay of readymix wagons keeping the pump fully employed, ensuring all plot foundations will be poured and completed the end of the day. This means that within the next 48 hours all plots will have cured and work can begin on blockwork. Local weather conditions are perfect for the ongoing works and look to remain the same in the coming days.

Over the coming weeks we are lining up a full site launch with our dedicated sales agent, as well as working with the project design managers within the kitchen and bathroom manufactures to enable off-plan buyers to add bespoke elements to their new homes.
