Progress continues on site, albeit slightly behind programme. We are currently 2/3 weeks behind owing to scaffold availability, scaffold already on site is being used creatively and is moving to plots to minimise delays and maintain as much pace as we can provide. Plot 2 is slightly ahead of programme and can allow 1st fix to follow and/or be completed at the same time as plot 1 which will claw back some of the time lost.

Perimeter fencing has been erected to the Northern and Western boundaries. The latter provides full appreciation of the gardens and the spacing to plot 1,2 & 3.

Plot 1 – portion of slate omitted above the front door to splice in the pitched canopy in due course. 1st fix has commenced internally. Windows and Doors have been surveyed and currently being fabricated.
Plot 2 – Pantiles being applied to the rear.

Plot 3 has progressed well in the last three weeks, 2nd lift has been completed facilitating the roof trusses to be erected. Roofing materials are on site and will commence as soon as the gables have been completed

Pre Start meetings have been completed with Western Power, Openreach, Anglian Water and Severn Trent. As noted in April, the main sewer has been laid and connected to the main sewer. Connecting pipework has been laid in the new access road and is ready for the site foul drainage to be laid in due course. The rest of the utilities have been confirmed and will be installed 2nd week in December, proprietary work is currently underway.

We are delighted to confirm, plot 4 has been sold and legals are well underway, plot 1 and plot 5 have been reserved.
