Fitting Out & External Work
In the last month, progress has been maintained well on site. The programme has altered bring forward and accommodate the external works to now match planned occupation of Plot 2,3,4 & 5. All plots will be occupied the end of March 2022.
Within the last month, we have welcomed our new owners to plot 1. They are settling in well and small snagging items have been carried out.
As per the last news update, plot 2 has been sold and we met the couple on site last week for them to choose their carpets and to discuss some additional ceramic tiling options. Their chain is progressing faster than first thought and they have requested completion the end of March.
Plot 3 Kitchen and Utility Rooms are being installed with plot 4 to follow straight after. 2nd fix to the rest of the property and second coat decorating is well underway.
As motioned, the external works are taking shape and have been brought forward. Above is the front elevation of plot 4. Sub base will be ready to receive the permeable brick paviors in the coming week.
Looking from plot 2, the driveway for plot 4 is taking shape and will accommodate parking for six cars.
Plot 4 is following closely Plot 3, heating is already on to assist in the drying out and ready for the kitchen installation later this week.
Plot 5 is ready to receive its Kitchen, 2nd fix trades and ceramic tilling are well underway.
Plot 3,4 & 5 are all now exchanged with practical and legal completion expected the end of the month. It is envisaged that the final elements of the landscaping will complete early April.
